The company was founded in 1994 in Bystřice u Benešova, where it is still headquartered. The main program was and is sale of agricultural machinery, especially machinery of brand NEW HOLLAND, including service and sale of spare parts.

The company was active in Central Bohemia region. After incorporation of the company to the AGROFERT Group in 2008 (as a subsidiary ZZN Pelhřimov), this company expanded the area of ​​commercial interest in South Bohemian region. To get closer to the customer K V A R T O built in very short time 3 new sales&service centers in Pelhřimov, Záhoří and Dynín.

Facilities of all the centers is modern and it respects current standards of service providing. Thanks to its business results the company is in recent years consistently ranked among the top authorized distributors of agricultural equipment in the Czech Republic.
