GreenChem, one of Europe’s leading producers and distributors of AdBlue®, AUS40 and sustainable emissions-reduction solutions, has announced the acquisition of Arom-dekor Kemi, an established market leader in AdBlue® and other automotive chemicals operating in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
The acquisition marks an important milestone in GreenChem’s long-term growth strategy and significantly strengthens its presence in the Nordic region. It will also enable customers across the Nordics to benefit not only from products and local technical support, but also from access to one of Europe’s most extensive AdBlue® production and distribution networks.
