As of today, 20/ 02/ 2026, Mr Wilfried Reinhard Elbs became the trustee of the RSVP TRUST, a private trust. The fund and its manager are entirely independent of the previous shareholder, Mr Andrej Babiš. The change in ownership will not affect employees, clients or business partners in any way.
