A Memorandum of Understanding regarding the Aghdam poultry project was signed between AGROFERT, Agro Dairy and the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund during the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.
The document was signed by Ulvi Mansurov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund, and Niyazi Amirbekov, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of Agro Dairy. On behalf of AGROFERT, the Memorandum was signed by Petr Cingr, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Libor Němeček, Member of the Board of Directors.
Foundation for Strategic Cooperation
The Memorandum lays the foundation for strategic cooperation between all three parties with the aim of jointly implementing a large-scale poultry farming project in the Aghdam region that meets modern industry standards.
Bringing together a state fund, a local investor and an international agricultural and industrial group, the partnership reflects both the scale of the project and its long-term perspective.
