AGROFERT, a.s., the managing company of the AGROFERT Group, now has a 12-member Board of Directors as of 20 February 2026. The newly elected members are Martin Kubů for the for fuels, biofuels, renewables and energy segment, Michal Jedlička for the meat segment, Jiří Tvrdík for the dairy segment, Martin Rada for the machinery and transport technology segment and Pavel Hanus for the fertilizer trading segment.
Zbyněk Průša remains the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Petr Cingr and Josef Mráz are the Vice-Chairmen. Other members remain Petra Procházková, Jaroslav Kurčík, Alexej Bílek and Libor Němeček.
"The election of the new members of the Board of Directors reflects the segment structure of the AGROFERT Group. All of them are respected managers and experts within their segments with many years of experience in the Group," says Zbyněk Průša, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGROFERT.
On the other hand, Jiří Haspeklo left the AGROFERT Board of Directors. The Board of Directors appreciated his many years of work for the Group.
"We greatly appreciate the work that Jiří Haspeklo has done for the AGROFERT Group. He was one of its first employees. We have always been able to rely on his experience, commitment and loyalty," adds Zbyněk Průša, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGROFERT.
About the new members of the AGROFERT Board of Directors:
Martin Kubů is a member of the AGROFERT Board of Directors for fuels, biofuels, renewables and energy. Among others, he is also is a member of the statutory bodies of AGF Energy, PREOL, Primagra, FARMTEC, Ethanol Energy, NT, and IKR AGRÁR and others. He is also the CEO of Ethanol Energy.
Michal Jedlička is a member of the AGROFERT Board of Directors for the meat segment. He is also the CEO of Kostelecké uzeniny and Krahulík – MASOZÁVOD Krahulčí.
Jiří Tvrdík is a member of the AGROFERT Board of Directors for the dairy segment. He is also the CEO of Mlékárna Hlinsko.
Martin Rada is a member of the AGROFERT Board of Directors for Machinery and Transport Technology. He also holds the position of the CEO of AGROTEC Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGROTEC company.
Pavel Hanus is a member of the AGROFERT Board of Directors responsible for the fertilizer trade. He is also the CEO of GreenChem, of Duslo and the Member of the Board of Directors of LAT Nitrogen.
