Cooperation between academia and the professional world is a key prerequisite for the development of agriculture and the training of future professionals. That is also why AGROFERT, a.s. HR Director PhDr. Tomáš Klenot, together with HR Manager Jaroslava Doležalová, M.A., met at Mendel University in Brno with representatives of the Faculty of Agronomy, Vice Deans Prof. Ing. Pavel Ryant, Ph.D., and sen. lecturer Ing. Daniel Falta, Ph.D. The aim of the meeting was to build on the successful cooperation to date and explore further opportunities for development.
Specifically, we agreed to put up new information banners at the faculty. The aim will be to give students an insight into the practical experience of companies within the AGROFERT Group and to demonstrate how theoretical knowledge is applied in the day-to-day running of modern agriculture.
AGROFERT’s aim is to show students that modern agriculture offers a wide range of opportunities and scope for professional development.
