PRAGUE, 1 JUNE 2026: AGROFERT, a.s. (“AGROFERT”), a significant European nitrogen products manufacturer, announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire 50% of equity interest in Nitrogen Intermediate Holding B.V. The agreement also includes a put/call option for the remaining 50% stake exercisable by either OCI or AGROFERT from two years after close of the Initial Transaction. The Transaction is subject to satisfaction of certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing procedures.
