AGROFERT, a.s. is the parent company of the AGROFERT Group. AGROFERT, a.s. manages and coordinates the activities of its subsidiaries and sets the strategy of the entire Group. It also covers the Group's central activities in the areas of accounting operations, IT, human resources, communications and marketing, purchasing of selected goods and services, asset sales, internal audit and security, acquisitions and financial services.

Since its establishment, AGROFERT, a.s. has also been developing its own business activities in plant protection products and seed disinfectants, agricultural commodities and animal feed.

The sole shareholder of AGROFERT is Mr Wilfried Reinhard Elbs, acting as trustee of RSVP TRUST, a private trust. The fund and its manager are entirely independent of the previous shareholder, Mr Andrej Babiš. The change in ownership will not affect employees, clients or business partners in any way.
