Centrum organické chemie s.r.o.

The company Centrum organické chemie s.r.o. (shortcut COC) is a research organization that deals with organic electronics. Its primary goal is to conduct fundamental research, applied research or experimental development and to disseminate the results thus obtained through technology transfer, technical publications or teaching.
COC focuses mainly on advanced work with organic compounds which have a number of interesting physical and chemical attributes. Those features make these smart materials extremely interesting. This is a challenging field of research with regard to the possibility of using it in electronics, photovoltaics and other industries.

In addition, COC also deals with the issue of π-π electron systems, which are used for scientific purposes. The research program of COC also includes processes of materials finishing with aim to improve functionality and durability of materials.

In the field of scientific work COC cooperates with many Czech and international academic institutions as well as with private production companies.
